I JUST CAME BACK FROM THE SUNDOWN FESTIVAL AND OMG, SO MANY THINGS TO SAY.
at first the queue to enter fort canning park was freakishly long, like VERY VERY VERY LONG. hadn't seen such a long queue before!! it was WAY worse than the queue for ft island's showcase, and that's definitely saying something. and while walking to the back of the queue (which took FOREVER), these two korean kids decided to run ahead of me just because i had walked past them =A= so we ended up having this really childish competition to get to the back of the queue. how lame.

and so, fel and i waited since 5.15, and the queue moved SO SLOWLY OMG. in the end, we only entered the gate at 7.15. MYGOSHHHHHH and while we were still waiting to get in, we kept hearing screams from inside and we internally kicked ourselves because we thought the show was already starting.
when we finally entered, we realised that the girls were screaming at a screen which was showing advertisements. and super junior and dbsk were on the screen, hence the screams. UGH, crazy fangirls. although i did join them in screaming when shinee's ring ding dong started playing, HAHA.
we waited, again, for the show to start. we ended up sitting down on the grass because everyone else was doing so. eventually, the hosts came out at 8pm, and EVERYONE suddenly stood up. fel and i screamed bloody murder (or at least, i did), and so we quickly stood up too and ran as close as we could to the stage..which was still really far away >_>
it started out slow, with the korean miso musical. the ladies were doing a very traditional dance, and after that, this dude with a flute? came out and did his thing. but then, the ladies from before came out and did this AMAZING thing with the drums! i have no words to describe them *-* and these guys came out too and did their own drum music thing and goshhh, they had to keep spinning these long strips of cloth around their head, and it looked so dizzy-ing! ahhhhhh. but overall the whole musical was AWESOME. <3 way better than what i had expected.
and then the drawing show started; these three crazy-looking dudes came out and played with spraycans and entertained the crowd with little quirky dances. but when they started their real performance, they took my breath away *-* they were VERY skilled artists omg!! the way they drew and the way the colours flowed were just amazingggg. i felt really inspired by their charcoal works, they were just that GOOD.
the crowd started getting more hyped up with the bboys' performance next!! <333 THEY ARE SO GOOD. the jinjo crew! apparently they're REALLY famous and they travel the world and stuff. mygoshhhh.
andandAND OMG MARIO AND PARK SI NAE ROCKED THE PLACE WHEN THEY CAME OUT. it was the start of the REAL music performances!! i just about died, their voices were so good and mario was hilarious! he kept rapping random cool hiphop street stuff while park si nae was singing, hahahha. 'hey WASSUP SINGAPORE~' he cracked me up so much kekeke. they sang that famous my girl song and a few other stuff, which included rihanna's umbrella! by then, they were pretty tired but they were still good. and si nae seemed to have forgotten a few words in the song HAHA.
then the jinjo crew came out again for another performance!!!! GAHHH. THEY ARE SO SKILLED. im so going to youtube them later! :DDDD
and lee ji soo came out next! i HONESTLY had no idea who he was until he started singing! HE SANG TAHT SONG FROM MY GIRL OMGGG. and i realised he's actually really cute, hahaha!! he was so basful 'cus his english was bad. and when he told us he was going to do one last song, the crowd was like 'awwww' and he copied them, saying 'awww' into the mike as well HAHA that was so damn cute! xDDD
THEN T-MAX CAME OUT OMG. tbh i hadn't been really hyped up about them since i didn't really listen to their songs, but i got SUPER excited when i recognized kim joon!!! he looked so cool omg. and when he started rapping..i was in heaven, LOL. suddenly, from being the least-noticed member of F4, he became this insanely cool person in my eyes <33 and he took off his jacket after the first song since it was pretty warm, and the fangirls screamed. uh, including me. was feeling rather high, HAHA. and the leader of t-max was very high too!! :D
later when they went off-stage, fel suddenly noticed hongki backstage HAHA. he was selca-ing omg! AND I SAW SEUNGHYUN TOO AND I SCREAMED, LOL. so we were totally expecting ft island to come out, but then they hosts prompted us to shout 'encore' to t-max, and they came out and performed one last song..which i wasn't really paying attention to because i kept staring backstage and giggling with fel hahahha.
AND THEN FT ISLAND CAME ON AND EVERYONE SCREAMED. jonghun was so freaking handsome! he looked exactly the same as the time when fti came to singapore, hahah! goshhhh. but this time i enjoyed myself WAY more because jonghun wasn't being blocked by a pillar. so i was basically staring at jonghun all the way kekeke. and hongki as well and seunghyun. hongki was so handsome *-* AND THEY SANG SARANGALEE OMGGGG. seunghyun did wonbin's rap!! LOL. i think i nearly lost my voice during this performance..i was super high over jonghun throughout! and of course, they had an encore thanks to the crowd. hahaha.
the final performance was BROWN EYED GIRLS! wahhh, when the hosts came on to announce that, HEAPS of boys suddenly rushed to the front and happily blocked my view =A= but it was hilarious la, ALL the guys were screaming ga-in's and narsha's names HAHAHAHA!! i kept laughing at them; they were so funny! fanboys man..haha.
THEY PERFORMED SIGN. SIGN. SIGN!! i died many times over seeing ga-in and narsha and everyone else in the flesh!! ga-in is VERY pretty, omg. and yes, she really does have the most fans, which was proven everytime it was her turn to sing. when they performed 'you raise me up', ga-in sang the chorus, and ALL the boys immediately shrieked. I KID YOU NOT. THEY SHRIEKED. and then, of course, came the MOST anticipated performance of the night, abracadabra!! <33 GA-IN ROCKED THE HIP DANCE. SO VERY MUCH. there really IS a huge difference between watching perfs on youtube and watching LIVE perfs!
i was so high all night. and to think i was really miffed about waiting so long to enter the park. i was even muttering stuff like THIS HAD BETTER BE WORTH THE WAIT. which it TOTALLY was! maaaaaan.
WAIT, I TOTALLY FORGOT TO MENTION. KIM JOON WAVED TO ME. it's like we were all going off and fel and i were walking along the sidewalk when we heard screams behind us, and we realised that KIM JOON WAS INSIDE ONE OF THE CARS ON THE ROAD. and when his car passed by us, he was waving at all of us omgggg!! HIS FACE. WAS SO CLOSE TO US. I COULD'VE DIED HAPPY THEN.
